As the Chatelaine for the Shire of the White Waters, I would like to welcome you to our Shire webpage. Our Shire covers the territory of St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaGrange, and Marshall Counties in Indiana (highlighted in red on the map), however anyone is welcome to come and play with us.
